Company Mission Our mission is to provide authentic knowledge and tools to help you cultivate and refine your unconscious mind through meditation and self-reflection. Company Bio My business was started on September, 11th 2003 out of a two bedroom apartment. It happened when some friends of mine saw how beautiful and practical my meditation seats were. They planted the seeds for creating, and provided the first orders for, what is now Seat For Your Soul, LLC. Currently my business is striving to bring the authentic oral tradition of the Himalayan adepts and yogis to the world in a simple and accurate way. To this end, my business focuses on providing practical steps for bringing meditation into every person’s daily routine. This includes providing quality tools and support for novice and seasoned mediators alike. Seat For Your Soul, LLC will continue to expand its horizons by becoming a definitive resource center for the practice of meditation and self transformation. Allowing people of all ages to find answers to their spiritual questions and to find inner peace continues to be the driving force for all of Seat For Your Soul's efforts. About Me I started meditating in 2002 and after seeing the results that could be obtained, I was hooked. I noticed that most of the meditation seats that where being designed where made in neutral colors. I am a very energetic person and wanted something bright and pleasant to sit on. I designed a pattern and after many trials and learning experiences I put together a set of meditation seats that I was happy with using in my personal practice. Our Teachers Our information comes from the Vedic oral tradition of the Himalayas through Swami Rama, founder of the Himalayan Institute. His Successor, Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, is the current spiritual director of this organization and the body of work carried out by it. We have close contact with an affiliate of the Himalayan Institute, the Alive And Healthy Institute, and its spiritual director, Blair Lewis.
